Can I come for a fitting?
Yes. In Contact you will find our contact number and email address.
You can just contact us and make an appointment. We do not charge.
How does the payment work?
Half of the price of chosen dress needs to be paid in advance in order for the dress to be booked for you.
Before or on the day of collection, the remaining amount needs to be paid before dress is collected.
When do I collect and return the dress?
Dress is collected one day before the date of the event and returned one day after the event.
Arragements can be made if needed.
How does the washing work?
We do all the washing for you!
Some of the pieces are very delicate and so we need professionals.
Do you make dresses from scratch?
Yes, we do, depending to the style that you want and the timeframe given to us. We don't work under pressure, as we like to take the time to deliver a high quality product, and so we need (at least) 3 months notice.
Is there a refundable deposit when hiring a dress?
Yes. A refundable deposit of 25% of the dress' price needs to be paid. If dress is damaged when returned, that amount will be used for the repair.
